Social Issues In Malaysia and Its Effect to the Country
I am a proud Malaysian. Even if that's the case, i can't deny that Malaysia is indeed full of its own issues, in tgis case, it is the social issues. Most of it that you might be familiar with or even experienced it yourself. Here are some that i think is quite major in Malaysia. High Rate Of Unemployment Among Graduates The cause of unemployed graduates nowadays is lack of necessary skills needed by employers. These happened because of the fact that they are spoiled. Those skills such as soft skills which are lacking in graduates. More about teenagers and soft skills in my previous post. In addition, there is an increase of competitiveness in the labor market. The work environment nowadays require graduates to have some work experiences in order to the requirement of qualified employee.
