Malaysia is ranked 9th in the world for tourist arrivals. The Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Report 2017 ranks Malaysia 25th out of 141 countries overall, which was the fifth best in Asia.

I must say that this is not suprising as Malaysia do have the beautiful sceneries, attractions and most importantly GREAT FOOD. From the breath taking view of Danum Valley, Sabah to the historical feels and great food of Penang and its UNESCO World Heritage of Georgetown, you name it. Malaysia is indeed blessed with various types of experiences that the tourist will be able to try troughout the visit.

If you ask me whether travelling overseas or locally, i would definitely like to try and travel all around Malaysia first in order to be able to experience the excitements beforehand. Why travel overseas when you have the whole majestic views that are yet to be diacovered. Only then will i turn to overseas travelling.
